• Bernstein to defend Town against Valhalla.  The judge's decision.
• New Greenburgh Crime Alert and Sprain Vally Road Burglary
  
• Hartsdale Parking District Lawsuit.  The judges order.  Dismissed for lack of standing.
• Proposed Finneran amendments.  The ECC voted unanimously to oppose all of the proposed Finneran amendments as not in the best interests of the residents of unincorporated Greenburgh.   Read the ECC response to the proposed Finneran amendments here.
• Inside the School Board, Wednesday November 18, 8PM - LGI.   An informal meeting for Edgemont residents to hear how the school board operates, what the board members do and to discuss what it is like being a school board member
• Additional School Board Seat Vacant.  Nomination process reopened.
• Town Tax Overpayments.  Check out if the town owes you money.  Overpayments that will be counted as revenue on the 2010 budget.  or here Old overpayments.  If the town owes you money, contact the tax collector for your refund.  Instructions from Greenburgh to get a refund.
