At its September 11, 2007 meeting, the ECC unanimously passed a resolution to thank all those
who helped in building the PTA- and School Foundation-funded playground at Greenville the prior week-end.
- Volunteers included:
- A-school students (sitting)
- Jeff at the A&P (water)
- Greenville Fire Dept. (water)
- John at Gennaros (pizza)
- Home Depot (concrete).
- Contractor donations included:
- Greg Filipone of A.F. & Sons (manpower)
- Tom Valentine of Valcon, Inc. (equipment and
operators)
- Carmine of Carroe Construction
- John Bindela of Bindela Corp. (Bobcat and
Operator and manpower)
- John Litt of J.H. Mack, LLC
- Paul Fontana of Cumlaude Group (cement).
- Teachers who helped build were Dr. Heller, Mr.Youngs,
Ms. DeNatale and Mr. Blank. Mr.Tony
kept the building open.
- Organizers included Liz Silverstein and Jon Litt.

- Finally, thanks to the 80+ parents and community
members who volunteered their time and effort.
