Edgemont Community Council
(“ECC”) is committed to protecting the
privacy of visitors to edgemontcommunitycouncil.com (the “Site”) and has
prepared the following statement to inform users how personally identifying
information and non-personally identifying information is gathered from the
Site and used by ECC. Please note that
the Site is intended for use by United States
residents only and, therefore, the Site's Privacy Policy is specifically
directed only towards residents of the United States.
ECC does not collect personal or
identifying information from visitors to this site unless this information is
provided by the visitor through direct correspondence. ECC will not use any information provided
through your use of the Site, except to respond to inquiries and to measure

ECC reserves the right to change
its privacy and information collection policies at any time, without advanced
warning to users of the Site. Should any new privacy or information collection policy

accuracy, or completeness of the information, text graphics, links and other
items contained on the Site or on any website linked to from the Site. Such
materials have been complied from a variety of sources, and are subject to
change without notice from the ECC.

no way be deemed to constitute legal notice to the ECC.
